POINT ACCRUAL

• To participate in the loyalty program members must register their Mrs. Fields Rewards card online
• Please note that you will need to use a valid email address when registering
• Members earn points at the rate of 10 points per $1 spent on food, drinks, gifts and Cookie Cakes & Cards excluding hot coffee purchases
• Members must scan their Mrs. Fields Rewards card to accrue points
• Points will not be awarded in association with any other offer or discount
• Vouchers such as buy one get one free or free coffees are exempt for rewards points or coffee accrual
• Once 600 points have been accrued the member can redeem the points for a ‘Soft Baked Cookie’ or a ‘Small Coffee or Hot Beverage’ (excludes decorated & stuffed cookies)
• It is up to the discretion of Mrs. Fields to allocate points with any discounted combo purchases
• Combo purchases including a Coffee or Hot Beverage will be allocated as points only and not included in coffee accrual rewards.
• Reward points and coffee credits will expire if not redeemed within 3 years
• To ensure that reward points are regularly enjoyed, points will be capped at 2000 reward points. Once this limit is reached, no further points can be added until some or all of the reward points are used.

BENEFITS

• All new registered members are entitled to a free small coffee upon registration
• Members are entitled to a small coffee after 6 coffee purchases at full price from any participating Mrs. Fields store in Australia
• Free coffee offer cannot be exchanged for another product or redeemed for cash
• Members are entitled to a free Soft Baked Signature Cookie for their birthday
• Birthday cookies must be redeemed within 7 days either side of the member’s birthday
• To redeem a birthday cookie, members must present their Mrs. Fields Rewards card and photo identification
• Birthday Cookies are non-transferrable and cannot be redeemed for cash
• Mrs. Fields does not take responsibility for incorrectly entered birth dates during the registration process
• Once entered, birth dates cannot be altered

REGISTERING YOUR CARD

• All Mrs. Fields Rewards members must register their card details online at mrsfields.com.au
• Members must enter their details correctly to receive member benefits
• It is up to the discretion of Mrs Fields to cancel Mrs. Fields Rewards membership if we suspect there are multiple accounts or false accounts being registered

LOST OR STOLEN CARDS

• If a Mrs. Fields Rewards membership card is misplaced, lost or stolen a member can visit any participating Mrs Fields store to collect a replacement
• All replacement cards must be completed and updated via the Mrs. Fields website
• Updating old cards will automatically cancel the old card number linked to your account
• Mrs. Fields will try to reinstate the full points balance to the new replacement card to the best of our abilities, however, Mrs. Fields will not be responsible for any points accrued that are lost in the transfer

FINE PRINT

• By participating in our Mrs. Fields Rewards Loyalty Program, all members agree to these terms and conditions
• Mrs. Fields takes no responsibility for technical errors associated with crediting coffee purchases to Mrs. Fields Rewards card account
• It is the responsibility of every Mrs. Fields Rewards member to ensure that their Mrs. Fields Rewards cards are being presented and scanned correctly with every purchase
• All Mrs. Fields Rewards cards should be treated like cash
• Unless required by law or permitted by this agreement, any points or cash balance on Mrs. Fields Rewards cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash
• No interest or any other earnings on funds deposited to a Mrs. Fields Rewards cards will accrue, be paid or be credited by Mrs. Fields
• ­Mrs. Fields reserves the right to terminate a Mrs. Fields Rewards membership if it is reasonably considered that the use is unauthorised, fraudulent or unlawful
• Mrs. Fields will not charge any fees for the issue, registration, activation or use of the Mrs. Fields Rewards card
• Mrs. Fields reserves the rights to discontinue the Mrs. Fields Rewards Loyalty program or alter the offers or terms and conditions of the Mrs. Fields Rewards loyalty program at any time by notifying members through email or online via mrsfields.com.au
• Unfortunately, the Mrs. Fields Plenty Valley store location is unable to participate in the Mrs. Fields Rewards Loyalty Program.
